Product Description:
The SoftStarterPro TG200 is an intelligent three-phase SCR power controller built for industrial heating applications that need closed-loop precision, not just simple open-loop power adjustment.
Key Features:
- Six Control Modes: Constant voltage, constant current, constant power, open loop, weekly zero-crossing, constant-period zero-crossing
- Adjustable PID Control: Proportional, integral, differential coefficients, keypad configurable
- Signal Input: 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V, PWM (1-10kHz, 5-24V) — for external temperature controller/PLC integration
- RS485 Communication: Modbus RTU for remote monitoring and control
- LCD Display: Switchable readout of current, voltage, output percentage
- Six-Way Protection: Phase loss, thyristor breakdown, overcurrent, load disconnection, overheating, three-phase imbalance
- Fault Record: Stored fault history, viewable/clearable via keypad

Application:
- Industrial Furnace and Kiln Temperature Control
- Large-Scale Heating and Thermal Processing Systems
- Manufacturing Process Heating Lines
- Applications Requiring Closed-Loop Power Stability
Note:
- Ratings are based on 380V three-phase input. For 220V, 440V, or 690V, contact us for a custom configuration — power, current, and recommended load values will differ.
- Do not connect capacitors to the output (U/V/W) terminals.
- Cut off input power before servicing. Both the upper and lower terminals remain energized when the input side is live.
- Provide adequate cooling/ventilation for continuous operation.
