General Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment.


Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Product was damaged during transit

Items must be in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or OEM/ODM products made to your specifications
  • Products that have been installed or modified
  • Products damaged due to improper use or installation

Warranty

All standard products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.

Please include your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 2 business hours.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or wrong items: return shipping covered by SoftStarterPro
  • Other returns: shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
