Disc thyristors (press-pack SCR) are clamped between double-sided heat sinks for superior thermal performance and uniform current distribution — designed for high-power, high-current industrial applications requiring maximum reliability.
Main series: KP (phase control thyristors), KK (fast thyristors), KS, and standard thyristors. Fast thyristors, high-frequency thyristors, and bidirectional thyristors available. Voltage range 200V–8500V, current range 200A–5000A.
