What information do I need to provide to get a product recommendation?

To identify the right product — whether a Soft Starter, VFD, or SCR Power Controller — please provide your application type (pump, fan, heater, compressor, etc.), load power (kW) and voltage (V), and daily operating hours or duty cycle. We will review your requirements and recommend a suitable model after confirmation.

What if my requirement is outside your standard product range?

Please share your full specifications and we will check against our standard range. If your requirement exceeds standard parameters, we will consult our engineering team to assess feasibility. Custom orders are subject to technical confirmation before any commitment on pricing or lead time.

Have you worked with my industry or application?

We have supplied products across a wide range of industrial applications, including water treatment and pumping systems, HVAC and fan control, industrial heating and drying, conveyor and material handling, and more. If you have a specific application in mind, share the details with us — we can confirm whether we have relevant experience and recommend the right solution.

Can your products operate in harsh environments?

Our products are used across a variety of industrial environments. Suitability depends on the specific product and operating conditions. Please provide your environment details — such as ambient temperature, altitude, and ingress protection requirements — and we will confirm compatibility or recommend the appropriate specification.

Do you support OEM or ODM orders?

We support both OEM and ODM. For OEM, we manufacture according to your specifications and designs. For ODM, you can select from our existing product range and sell under your own brand. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will confirm feasibility and next steps.

Can your products replace my current brand or model?

Compatibility depends on the specific model and parameters. Please share the existing product's model number, nameplate photo, or full specification sheet. We will check and get back to you with a clear answer.

Shipping & Lead Time

Do you have stock for standard products? How quickly can you ship?

Standard products are available from stock. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

What is the lead time for custom or non-stock products?

Custom and non-stock products generally require 7–15 business days from order confirmation. Actual lead time depends on specifications and current production schedule, and will be confirmed at the time of order.

Can you handle urgent orders?

 Urgent orders are handled case by case. Please contact us directly with your requirements and deadline — we will check production capacity and confirm feasibility before making any commitment.

What information is required to place an order?

To ensure correct selection, please provide:

  • Motor or load voltage and power/current

How are the products tested before shipment?

What payment terms do you accept?

Orders & Pricing

Are samples available? Who covers the cost?

Samples are available for testing and evaluation. Sample cost and shipping are borne by the buyer. Sample products are manufactured to the same standard as bulk orders.

Do you offer volume pricing or bulk discounts?

For bulk orders, pricing is negotiated based on product model, specifications, and quantity. Please contact us directly with your requirements and we will provide a formal quotation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), PayPal (including credit card payments), and WorldFirst. Payment details will be confirmed during order negotiation.

Warranty & After-Sales

What is your warranty policy?

All standard products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment. We may ask for photos or video to assess the issue.

For confirmed manufacturing defects, we offer a replacement or refund. Return shipping is covered by us. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Please note that custom and OEM/ODM products are non-returnable.

How quickly do you respond to technical issues? Can you assist remotely?

We respond to technical inquiries within 24 hours, including weekends. Technical resolution is handled during business days. We can assist via remote video call — please contact us via WhatsApp to arrange a session.

Are products tested before shipment? Can you provide test reports?

All products undergo functional and quality testing before shipment. Test reports are available upon request — please let us know when placing your order.

What certifications do your products hold?

Some of our products carry CE and CCC certifications. CE coverage varies by product line, and CCC certification applies to our Soft Starter series. Certificate documents can be provided upon request — please contact us and specify which product you need.
