Product Description
The RQ6000-320KW is an online three-phase soft starter for 380V induction pump motors, rated 640A. Built on thyristor (SCR) technology with microprocessor control, it delivers precise, smooth acceleration, replacing star-delta and auto-transformer starters with reliable protection and no external bypass contactor required.
Key Features
- 3 start modes: Current-limit / Voltage-ramp / Kick-start ramp
- 2 stop modes: Free stop / Soft stop (prevents water hammer)
- Thyristor-based precision control for smooth, accurate acceleration
- Real-time 3-phase current display with independent calibration
- Bilingual LCD (Chinese/English), dual programmable relay outputs
- RS485 Modbus RTU (standard) + 4-20mA analog output for remote monitoring
Applications
- Large Pump Stations, thyristor-based precision control ensures stable acceleration under high load
- Compressors, controlled acceleration protects valves and reduces pressure spikes
- Conveyors, gentle load engagement, less mechanical shock on belts and gearboxes
- Fans & Blowers, smooth start reduces mechanical stress
