Product Description:
The SoftStarterPro LSCR-3 scr controller is suited for heater, infrared heating, and drying system applications requiring continuous, contactless power regulation in place of mechanical contactor switching. Signal input accepts 4-20mA, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, 1-5Vdc, or 0-10mA for direct integration into existing PLC and PID temperature control loops, with manual potentiometer control available for installations without an external controller. The control circuit is fully isolated from the power circuit, maintaining signal integrity under load switching conditions. POW, OUT, and ALM LED indicators provide status feedback for commissioning and diagnostics.
Key Features:
- Application Focus: Heater control, infrared heating, drying and curing equipment
- Signal Input Compatibility: 4-20mA, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, 1-5Vdc, 0-10mA, 10kΩ manual potentiometer
- Contactless Power Regulation: No mechanical switching elements, no contact wear
- Fully Isolated Control Circuit: Maintains separation between control and power sides under load
- Status Indication: POW (power), OUT (output regulation), ALM (alarm/protection)
- CE Certified

Application:
- Heater and Resistive Load Control
- Infrared Heating Systems
- Drying and Curing Equipment
- Temperature Control Loops (with external PLC/PID)
Note: Not recommended for inductive loads (transformers, motors). External heat sink required — use recommended 9225 heat sink with forced-air cooling for this current rating. Test with a small resistive load (e.g. incandescent lamp) before connecting the actual load. Two control modes cannot be used simultaneously.
